Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about powering your home with sustainable energy.

How do I choose the right battery capacity for my home?

Selecting the right capacity depends on your daily energy consumption and which appliances you want to power during an outage. We recommend calculating your total kilowatt-hour usage from your utility bill or contacting our support team for a free sizing consultation.

What is the typical lifespan of a home energy storage system?

Most of our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) systems are rated for 6,000 to 10,000 cycles, which typically equates to 10 to 15 years of daily use while maintaining 80% of their original capacity.

Do you offer professional installation services?

While we provide comprehensive DIY guides, we strongly recommend hiring a certified electrician for safety and local code compliance. We can refer you to a network of authorized installers in your area.

What is your shipping policy for high-capacity batteries?

Due to weight and safety regulations, energy storage systems are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, and a lift-gate service is included at no extra cost.

Can I expand my storage system later?

Yes, most of our modular systems allow you to stack or parallel additional battery units as your energy needs grow, provided they are the same model and voltage.

What kind of warranty is provided with my purchase?

All our primary energy storage units come with a standard 10-year manufacturer warranty covering defects and performance degradation, ensuring your investment is protected for the long term.
