Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the battery unit or inverter in its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Due to the weight and hazardous material classification of lithium-ion batteries, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the package from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the unit's condition and cycle count at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
